The 32 track collection of riveting music combines poignant ballads and high energy hand-clappers on "WOW Gospel 2009" will be simultaneously released as a CD and DVD.
Since "WOW Gospel" was first produced in 1998, the 2-disc CD has been a massive success with seven platinum and four gold-certified releases.
This year's edition includes music from BET's "Sunday Best" winner Crystal Aikin and first runner up Shari Addison; cutting-edge vocalists Deitrick Haddon, Dave Hollister, Myron Butler & Levi, Tye Tribbett, Kierra Sheard and 21:03; female powerhouses Beverly Crawford and Vanessa Bell Armstrong, and Grammy favorites CeCe Winans, The Clark Sisters, Donnie McClurkin, Mary Mary, Smokie Norful, Kirk Franklin, Regina Bell and Marvin Sapp.
