NEWS ROUNDUP: MANY WON’T LEAVE HURRICANE’S PATH

As of Monday, Hurricane Gustav is 85 miles from New Orleans and currently has winds up to 115 mph. Close to 95% of New Orleans residents have been evacuated to safe places, but they are a select few who aren’t leaving.
