The View on Jesse's "N" word


The girls of The View talk about Jesse's use of the "N" word resulting in Elizabeth crying after a heated debate. What do you think?

As a black person - I agree with Elizabeth when she says the "N" word should be used at all; especially NOT as a term of endearment. There is absolutely nothing endearing about the "N" word. It's history gives us enough cause to bury it!

On the other hand, white folks don't need to poke their nose in what "they" created. Stay out of our community and we'll do the same with there's. They've already given the name to us and they can't now take it back. Alls the can do now is make sure they don't use it anymore.

Whoopi did a wonderful job breaking it down for Elizabeth...we do not live in the same world..not even in 2008!
