JUSTICE: R. KELLY ACQUITTED ON ALL COUNTS

R&B superstar R. Kelly was pictured smiling as he left the Cook County Criminal Court Building on Friday. The singer was acquitted on all counts at his child pornography trial earlier today.

The verdict came six years after he was first charged with videotaping himself having sex with a 13 year old girl. Both Kelly and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied they were the ones appearing on the tape, which was played for the jury at the beginning and end of the trial. Kelly was facing a maximum 15 years in prison.

injustice!!! is see pure sexism here!!! supposedly the jury on this trial was made up of 9 MEN and 3 WOMEN!!!! there's something wrong with that. There should have been an equal number of men and women first of all, but i can't even believe he was aquitted even after those witnesses testified.

Bottom line - the prosecution should've built a stronger case! Also, they were a part of the jury selection process and apparently they didn't think it necessary to get an equal number of men and women. If the alleged victim didn't want justice why do we care?
