BOARD GAME PROMOTING SAME-SEX MARRIAGE HITS MARKET: Online version of popular board game includes homosexual option as way of life???

An online version of a popular board game includes an option for players to choose homosexual marriage and child-rearing as a way of life.

The game is on the Shockwave.com website where even children can download and play a free trail of The Game of Life. The first “Game of Life” was created by Mr. Milton Bradley in 1860.

The players’ first option in the online version is to choose a persona based on pictures that clearly depict men and women. Shortly thereafter, the game invites players to choose a spouse, regardless of the potential spouse’s sex.

One concerned mother wrote to WorldNetDaily about her experience with downloading the game to play with her daughter.

“You know how kids are,” the mother told WorldNetDaily. “My daughter noticed right away (even before I did) and clicked on one of the girls instead of one of the men and then asked, ‘Mom, how come I can marry a woman?’ and then that led into a lot more questions that, quite frankly, I was not ready to talk to my 6-year-old about.”

WorldNetDaily.com followed the mother’s example and played a game as “Jennifer,” who chose to marry another woman. The course of the game eventually added four children to WorldNetDaily’s lesbian couple.

The mother claims to have posted an objection on the game’s review board, only to have it removed by an administrator.

“I went back to the website and left a very respectful review of the game just stating that this kind of thing should be left out of kids’ games and the Shockwave.com administrator removed my post, stating it was inappropriate,” the mother said. “I had no idea how insidious they were being with pushing the homosexual agenda.”

The site again followed the mother’s example, posting the following comment under the screen name “Newseditor1.”

“Your guidelines ask us to ‘keep your language safe for kids,’ yet here’s a game where children may choose homosexual marriage and child-rearing.” WorldNetDaily wrote. “Many sections of society accept this as normative, but many also would consider this too mature a theme for children. Others would consider this downright offensive. Is it appropriate to include, for example, lesbianism in this game?”

Shortly thereafter, WorldNetDaily’s comment was posted, but the word “homosexual” was altered to *****sexual,” presumably because the stand-alone prefix “homo” is sometimes used in a derogatory fashion.

WorldNetDaily sought comment from Hasbro, the company that now owns the rights to Milton Bradley games, but received no response.

The original 1860 Milton Bradley game, known as the Checkered Game of Life, was completely redesigned in 1960 bearing almost no resemblance to the original. The new game board included the winding track, spinner and plastic buildings familiar to many. (Source: www.viklife.com)

Oh No They Didn't! IN NEW POLL OBAMA LEADS MCCAIN: Plus, Fox News calls Michelle 'Obama's Baby Mama'

*In a poll released Wednesday by the Wall Street Journal and NBC News, Barack Obama begins his presidential race against John McCain as the front-runner.

However, the poll says that given the GOP's unpopularity amongst the voting public, Obama's lead is not that large.

"Sen. Obama leads Sen. McCain by 47% to 41%, a spread that is twice the edge he had in the previous poll, in late April. Still, that lead is significantly smaller than the Democratic Party's 16-point advantage, 51% to 35%, when voters are asked, without candidates' names, which party they want to win the White House," the Journal reports of the poll's findings.

The Journal's report went on to say ...
"The record unpopularity of President Bush and the Republican Party, combined with economic worries among voters and a broad desire for change, would normally make this "the single best year for an Obama-type candidacy, and the single worst year for a McCain-type candidacy," says Democratic pollster Peter Hart, who conducts the Journal/NBC poll with Republican Neil Newhouse.

"But Sen. Obama continues to do poorly among white male voters, according to the poll. More ominous is his weakness among white suburban women, who generally are open to Democratic candidates and whose votes could be decisive. While Sen. Obama has a slight lead among white women generally, a plurality of suburbanites prefer Sen. McCain.

"Some good news for the likely Democratic nominee: Despite suggestions during the nomination contest that many Hispanics and Hillary Clinton supporters wouldn't support him, the poll shows both groups overwhelmingly do."

*In other Obama news, the Fox News Channel has done it again. Salon.com is reporting that despite the fact that Michelle Obama is the Democratic presidential nominee's legal wife, and not some jump off with his kids, the channel is calling Michelle Obama, "Obama's Baby Mama." See the titling at the bottom of the screen shot below:

The verbiage was used yesterday at the bottom of the screen in which Republican mouthpiece Michelle Malkin was interviewed in a segement about conservative attacks against Michelle Obama:

No They Didn't!: This Is Not A Joke!

In 2012, Germany will be the home to a bible-themed theme park.
The "biblical Disneyland" will group some 40 attractions over an area the size of 70 football fields encompassing all areas of the Christian story, according to reports.
The centerpiece will be an "original size" Noah's Ark, which is 490 feet long and surrounded by water.
Glad God was able to channel down the exact dimension's of Noah's Ark to the park's architects!
Other attractions will include two roller coasters — one giving an idea of the Great Flood and another on the theme of heaven and hell — a miniature version of Biblical-era Israel and a Roman amphitheater.
It's all sounds so Old Testament.
In the New Testament section they should totally have a ride called "What Would Jesus Do?"!

Oh No They Didn't!: The Roof is on Fire!

The Long Island home central to the ongoing feud between Fifty Cent and his baby momma, Shaniqua Tompkins, was destroyed by fire early Friday morning.
The home was essentially burned to the ground!
The arson squad's been called in as the town's fire chief deemed the blaze highly suspicious.
Six people, including Fiddy's babymomma and his son, Marquis, were taken to a hospital after suffering smoke inhalation and later released.
A passing off-duty police officer reportedly helped rescue the six people off an elevated deck in the home's backyard.
Fiddy was on location filming a movie in Louisiana when the fire broke out.
His mouthpiece issued the following statement,"He is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquise, escaped the burning house safely. He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings."
What drama!
Can't wait to find out who's to blame for the madness! Now, you know 50 was mad that she was living there rent free... You don't think?....Naw...he couldn't have......right?

Oh My! Spike Lee Wants Jeremiah Wright To Do The Right Thing And Shut Up!

Spike Lee wants Jeremiah Wright to do the right thing: shut up. In an interview with Guardian, Lee said:

“Jeremiah Wright needs to be quiet. If he loves Obama he needs to shut up right now. It makes me question his motives for talking. I’m starting to wonder whether somebody has been contributing to the building funds of his church. Seriously. The more he opens his mouth, the more damage he does.”

Following Wright’s comments last week, many have speculated that he may be attempting to sabotage Obama’s campaign. Lee added, “It looks like he’s being paid to keep talking.”

Lee also explained why he’s supporting Obama: “He’s a unifier. He’s the one who can get us out of the situation we’re in today, because this country is going to hell in a handcart. The way the U.S. is viewed around the world is at its lowest point ever, but Obama will change everything.”

No They Didn't:JUANITA BYNUM TO GO TO DIVORCE COURT .... THE TV SHOW!!!

As if it's not enough that two prominent Christian figures have allowed themselves to be deceived to the highest level, now they are still taking it another low....

ATLANTA (AP) — Televangelist Juanita Bynum says in a two-part episode of "Divorce Court" that she's through with her marriage to minister Thomas W. Weeks III, who is on probation for assaulting her.

In episodes scheduled to air Thursday and Friday, Bynum also says she had thoughts of suicide and weighs in on a case involving domestic violence. When asked what advice she had for women in situations similar to hers, she said, "I have to make a decision ... to take the love that I had for him with me."

In a transcript of the show obtained by The Associated Press, Bynum said she would always love Weeks, but made a decision to "love me more."

Weeks pleaded guilty in March to assaulting Bynum on Aug. 21 in a hotel parking lot outside of Atlanta; police said Bynum told investigators he choked her, pushed her down and kicked and stomped her.

Weeks was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to perform community service and undergo counseling.

Bynum, a prominent televangelist whose message of women's empowerment resonated with many followers, said she saw signs of trouble in her marriage well before the assault.

"I was just trying to make it work because I don't like losing relationships," Bynum told Judge Lynn Toler, who hears cases on the syndicated show distributed by Twentieth Television. "All of this just kept getting swept under the rug ... So you begin to adapt to a very wrong and very unhealthy marriage."

The couple wed in a million-dollar, televised ceremony in 2002 and together wrote "Teach Me How to Love You: The Beginnings." Bynum filed for divorce a month after the attack.

When asked on "Divorce Court" whether she and Weeks were planning a reconciliation, Bynum said she is "done."

"I can't speak for him, but I no longer want the marriage," she said.

Weeks' divorce attorney, Randy Kessler, said on Tuesday that the divorce is moving forward. A mediation date is scheduled for May 13.

"Reconciliation is not in the works and not even being discussed now," Kessler said, adding that the show appearance could affect the mediation.

Bynum also was asked about rumors that she tried to commit suicide.

"Suicide crossed my mind ... You know, I felt hopeless," Bynum said. "I didn't because the name Bynum represents a legacy of people that have gone before me and had I done that I would have given too much power to an individual to not just wipe me out but to wipe out the integrity of the legacy I was born in."

Bynum is a former hairdresser and flight attendant who became a Pentecostal evangelist, author and gospel singer. Weeks is the founder of Global Destiny churches.

No They Didn't! Arizona Proposal Would Prohibit Race-Based Student Groups?!

OKAY, THAT'S NOT GOING TO FLY!!

An Arizona legislative committee has passed an amendment to a routine homeland-security bill that would prohibit students at the state’s public universities and community colleges from organizing groups based on race. The amendment was approved by the Arizona House Appropriations Committee on Wednesday. It still awaits a vote by the state’s full House and Senate.

The amendment, introduced by State Rep. Russell K. Pearce, a Republican, would also allow state officials to withhold funds from public schools sponsoring activities that “denigrate American values and the teachings of Western civilization.” The proposal was added to Senate Bill 1108, a measure that has nothing to do with education but was intended to allow designees of mayors and police chiefs to serve on homeland-security advisory councils.

“This bill basically says, ‘You’re here. Adopt American values,’” State Rep. John Kavanagh, a Republican, told The Arizona Republic. “‘If you want a different culture, then fine, go back to that culture,’” he said. —JJ Hermes
