Now, this here is IGNORANT on so many levels, but let's start with the fact that this foolywang comes from none other than government elected officials!! And to top it off, they are African-American elected officials!! So let's make sure we have all of our ingredients for this foolywang moment:

A room crowded with an audience to witness this mess? - Check
A question and answer situation to allow officials to seem important? - Check
A female chair member at odds with the male mayor? - Check..and let that marinate...
A mayor who may, according to some (not me), resemble Shrek? - Check
Cameras and mics? - Check
No prayer at the start of the meeting? - Check
